A multipurpose Ladder is a portable ladder capable of being used as Stepladder, or as a Single or Extension Ladder. It may also be capable of being used as a Trestle Ladder or as a Stairwell Ladder. Its components may be used as Single Ladders.
A multipurpose ladder can be used in a number of ways. The most popular configuration of a combination ladder is a 7-in-1. It can be used as A-frame ladder, straight ladder, stairway platform, M-shaped ladder, overhang ladder and scaffold.
It's generally not recommended to use a ladder in windy conditions as it can compromise stability and increase the risk of accidents. If unavoidable, take extra precautions and have someone assist you.
